Curado 20050E

Does anyone know if any deeper spools will fit this reel.

Thanks

Good question...Bantam would be the authority on this, but my guess if possible would be the Citica 100DSV spool. Unforutnately I just delivered a 50E back to owner so I dont have one to compare to...Dip

We do not offer a deeper spool for the Curado 50E. There are no other reels that share tooling with a deeper spool. If you want more line capacity you will need to look at the 200 size reel.

One way to get more line would be to step down your braid strength a notch. You can get alot more line moving from 30lb to 20lb. And they are both plenty strong for inshore fishing.

Unfortunately the Calcutta 50 spool is a compeltely different design. That reel did not have the Super Free feature. The spools are very different between SF and non SF model reels. The overall dimensions are different as well. I wish we had something to help you out. There might be some aftermarket spools sold in Japan, but they will be very expensive given the current exchange rates.

Sorry to hear about the loss. They can't make you a new thumb? With all the advancements in modern medicine these day you figure the Prosthetics industry would be capable of anything. Forgive my ignorance on the subject. I assume too much at times.
