I want to put a Tonneau Cover on my truck and I am looking for recommendations from the 2coolfishing community. My personal preference is for a hard cover, but I am open to good suggestions for other options. The reasons I am leaning towards the hard covers are: I live in Houston and carry my computer, etc, to meetings, I figure the hard cover is more entry resistant??? Also, I understand the fold or roll up covers have a tendency to leak, that is when we start getting our fair share of rain, again.
The cover is going on a Ford F-150 short bed.
I had an ARE LS II several years back and liked it. I went by GT Johnson yesterday and the salesman was pushing the LSX cover ($100 more). Any other dealers for ARE covers in Houston??
I haven't looked at other covers yet.
