Looking for a Catering Rig
Hey guys, I am wondering if any of you know of any fabricators, other than the normal names, that make grills, pits, fryers, ect. We do some catering and have out grown our current setup and we are looking to have a new one built. I have spoken to the obvious names in the houston area, and I am just looking to get numbers from a few more folks. If you have any suggestions please feel free to PM the names. Also if it helps this will be a complete gas unit, so it won't need any tuning for smoking. Don't know if that makes things easier or harder. Also, I can provide all of the components for the gas setup if that helps.
