Question: 99 GMC 2500 Brake Booster Change

I started changing out the power brake booster on my 99 GMC. I have changed them before on different year model pickups. The problem I've come to is, getting the clip off the brake pedal that secures the rod and brakelight switch. !st I can't find a diagram to be able to view the clips appearence. I almost to the point of putting it back together and taking it to a shop. Thanks in advance!

I will look on my daughters p/u tonight and see if I can tell anything. It's been a while and maybe it will refresh my memory.
