gas tank leak and replacement help

Got a 1992 Mako with a 150 gallon tank. We have developed a major fuel leak in to the bilge. I think it is time to take the console off, take the deck panel out, and check and probably replace the tank and rigging for the fuel tank. The leak is not in the hoses that I can access, so I am assuming it is with the tank or a fitting at the tank.
Any advice or recommendations on trouble shooting or a shop to take the boat to?
Thank you in advance.
