They are neither. Between the size of a Spook Jr and a Spook. I have one but not enough experience to have an opinion yet.
Are you confusing Super Spooks and Spook Jr's or are they actually making one smaller than the original Spook and larger than the Spook Jr.?
They all work, just one more topwater lure for all us tackle Ho's.

I got one a month ago at cut rate on I10 but they only had 2 colors. I like the size alot and mine seemed to have several small b-b's in it that rattled alot but not real loud. I have used it some and had a few blowups but no hook ups yet. I think it is going to be a good lure.
Original spooks ...with a rattle and eyes.... too cool. I have been using original spooks (bone) for a while with reds on the flats... even without the rattle it's a perfect size and a great addition.
There are two versions of this lure, the One Knocker that has one large Tungsten BB and the Rattlin' Spook that has several small Tungsten BB's. Like other's have posted, they fall between a SS and SSjr at 4 1/2". The Foxy Momma looks tasty. Also, you'll have to change split rings and hooks out for saltwater use.
