I stumbled across this one while raiding the fridge one day 2 years ago:

Marinate teal breasts (bone in) in your favorite teriyaki marinade for 2-3 hours. Then, bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minutes or until medium rare.

i like to make a teal breast gravy (like giblet) and then pour it over mashed potatoes and a nice deer stake myself.

Hammer breast filets with a meat tenderizer till thin. run through milk, dredge in flour, pan fry - when almost done (real quick) throw on union rings/rounds, cover and simmer. Like liver and onions but better.
