I guess you could say the hogs showed up!
From last Oct thru mid January I hardly saw a single hog at my place. And when they did get caught on camera is was normally late at night. Finally in early Feb they started showing up again and I stuck a nice sow with my bow. Got some jalepeno and cheese links made and figured I was done hunting for a few months and gonna do some fishing in my free time. Well, my boys have been asking me to take them hog hunting one last time so I went up yesterday and checked cams to see if any hogs still showing up....I think theres a solid chance the kids are gonna whack their first pig! I had hogs coming in to 3 diff spots, its impressive how smart they are at times. During deer /rifle season they will lay low and hug the creek bottoms. But once the hunting pressure dies down they start coming back in thick. Gonna take boys out either this wknd or next and see if they cant put a few down!
