Looking at one for re-powering a 1996 Bluewave 189 ST. Pro's and Cons?

I believe that those Johnson's we're made by Suzuki .... This was prior to the evinrude e Tecs ....which is all they make now

Ya the Johnson 140 is a Suzuki df140 painted white. Good motor. Only bad thing about them is finding someone to work on them. Make sure you have a good mechanic nearby
