Finally
Finally got around to making my sausage. Made 27 pounds this batch. 19# deer meat and 8# pork trimmings. It came out pretty good. In case anybody's interested 27#'s on came off as 22#'s

I cut them to size and vacuum seal them in 2lb packages.
