Great White Trolling Motor Head

Hey guys,

I have a Great White Trolling motor that the variable speed switch has gone out on. It still runs good on plus (just either on or off).

I can't find anyone who can get a part for it. Everyone says no parts available for that model anymore---too old.

Good running motor.

Could another head off a different variable speed head be exchanged on to this shaft and motor?

Any other suggestions?
