A bunch of volunteers filled the 40' dumpster with trash off of the beach in Sargent on Saturday. It is amazing how many water bottles and pieces of styrofoam are in that dumpster, probably 90% of all of that junk is that.
Good Job Hydra - green to ya. My daughter & I've been doing the bi-annual clean up on Bolivar since Ike. Always amazes me it's the same old junk, broken buckets, old rope, plastic bottles, endless numbers of beer cans - and my favorite - party balloon string. Lot's of barrels on the peninsula, they're normally empty cuz no one seems to use 'em
Cool and great job HS!! Id like to volunteer if we have something like that here. If something comes up on galvez or bolivar and im off, im in!
