I just saw your post from back in January when I was told about this site. I am a Veteran and love to fish. Your post says your group is looking for Veterans that like to hunt and fish. I recently got to take part in Warrior's Weekend in Port O' Conner and won the Trout division. I mainly fish inshore from my kayak when I can get it to the water, as that is my only aquatic transportation. I haven't been hunting in 15 years or so but recently built myself an AR15. I'm not sure if you are still in need of Vets or not. If so, count me in and let me know what I need to get you or your organization, G300. Thanks in advance.

If you need a good commercial boat operator, you might try Cayce Causey at CTI in Port O' Conner. They do industrial work, including oil spill response and have a couple of good work boats that may be very well suited to what you need to do. Insurance and adherence to facility and dot rules are part of their game. Tom - DeepBlueGulf

Hey thx for the clarification on the PFD rules... I'm glad everyone in your boat stays safe. I really thought that the little ones must wear them at all times, not just underway. thanks again, and keep those kids fishing!

thanks for the green--he is a great football player straight A Student--and loves to fish -I wish I could take him more--not getting to the salt as much the last two years--he will go and not stop--never wanting to go home--

he has a tribal scar on his cheek--lots of great stories he came home one day and was talking to my nephew and asked what a ****** was--he had never heard the term--that was hard for his mom and dad to answer--they took him back to Africa last year to vist what little family he has there--had not been there -12 hours and was ready to HOME-with A/C and water and food-ETC--hope you have a vry Merry Christmas--Tommy

I mentioned it because I've read reports that implied it....can't find anything online. It doesn't matter to me...just thought you might know.

I see you are from Liberty; did you see were Diaz cleaned the Hwy 90 river boat ramp? I am going to try to run some jugs now that it is cleaned out.

I read your post earlier, were is Cape Royal? I am taking my in laws new boat to Livingston, I will be launching at the state park; I know most of the WB holes on that side of the lake but I am not real familar with a place to run jugs; do you know any decent spots? I normally run them around Indian Hills and do OK but that is a pretty good run from the state park. Thanks for any advise you may have.
