I mad it guys one month today I am so darned happy i could just go fishing (ok I would go fishing anyway) but dang it feels good to wake up and not want a smoke I had the help of my great wife of 20 years and you guys thanks a million to you all I know now that I can go with out them. As I may have said before I quite in may when they found the spot on my left lung but when my dad died in july I broke down and back slid but to tell you the truth I felt I let him down everytime I lit up well I did it Dad for you.
