Company is small potato's 68 million is nothing for a contract. Those are handed out pretty frequently.

I have 10 John Deere Excovators with Bull Hogs being delivered to the USMC here shortly each with Up armor package was about 8.5 millon with all the **** they wanted on it.

I would look at ArmorHolding that own Centigon. (http://www.centigon.com/) Plus about 40% of the US DoD budget which is huge. AH are the ones who bought Stewart and Stevenson.
