Lewisville Trophy Blue - 10/31/04 - 38.7 Lb

Took my good friend and fishing partner Jackie to fish Lake Lewisville yesterday, was a rough day on the water and we pretty much got pounded by wind most of the day, but we had the lake to ourselves.

Caught some nice fish, and late in the day hooked up with a big blue.

I have some video that I will post as soon as I figure out how to edit it and make it small enough to put on the web.

Fish was released after photos.

Yup, Things are fixing to get really good around here. Temp finally dropped today and prime trophy blue cat season is just days away.

Not near as big as last weeks 38.7 but still a nice rod and reel blue. Had an audience for this one with several of the LL Cruisers watching this one being brought in. Also pictured with the 17 is an 8 and we had a few other box fish on at the same time.
Rough day out there today, sure wishing that could weather would get here. I would love to see that water temp drop drastically over the next few weeks.
All fish caught today were released!
