Went out Monday night, and although it was an absolutely gorgeous evenin' on the water...It was slow on the catchin'.We fished from 8 pm til 'bout 1:30am....caught a 15 lb. blue and about 8 eaters(mixed channels and blues).

Man I'm Having Some Terrilbe Luck.i'v Lost More Big Fish This Season Than Ever Before.i Lost 2 Monsters Friday Night.i Fish Circle Hooks And Have Had Good Luck With Them ,but Here Latey I've Had A Awlful Time. I Use A Fairly Small Bait Because The Bait Around Here Are In The 6" Range.if I Go To A Larger Hook I'm Afraid It Will Be Overkill.but I Know Thats Whats Wrong, the Hook Isn't Getting To That Sweet Spot.i'm Going To Go Back To The Old Gama-octopus Hook And Try It For Awhile To See If I Can Improve My Catch .it Hurts When You Have One Taking Hard Drag And Feel Him Come Unglued-----------that Makes Me Come Unglued.i Will Win This Fight And I Will Prevail And I Will Yell At The Top Of My Lungs(whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooos Your Daddy!!!!!!!!!!!!) I'm Going To Clarks Hill This Friday ,home Of The Souths Finest Flatheads ,maybe It Will Happen There.
