Put the smokes down on Nov. 1st. This is my third attempt to permanently quit. I went for three yrs on the first try, 1 yr on the second! Hopefully this time will last till I am pushing up daisies! Cold turkey each time!

Congrats! You CAN do it! I've got a little over a month smoke-free now. Tonight has been the worse but I "know" why so I can deal with it. I'm happy for ya! GuyPut the smokes down on Nov. 1st. Welcome aboard Cat. You'll be glad you did. I've tried many times. I'm on Day 15 but I feel I can say I QUIT. Enough is enough already.
