men i dont come here much but i can relate to this i quit smoking 20 years ago this febuary coming and i never kid myself hardest thing i ever did. i am a smoker and will always be one i just choose not to smoke cause if i tried one today i would be 2 packs tomorrow. good luck to each and every one of you want ne easy but you can do it
