Tell 'em about your jetboat!
"I know Nuthiiiing!!!" What jetboat?
Kevin Turner at Riverpro jet boats made me a custom tournament boat. We started with his 18ft boat which you can see on his website. I added a 50gallon livewell to let the bigguns stretch out and be comfey. I also doubled the fuel capy so I could run longer distances during the spawn. Except for the dead of winter I fish pretty much exclusively nites so I added 50amps of offroad lighting on a centerline lightbar who's feet also serve to hold the bait-well. I you have the gumption to stay in the throttle when the water is 4-5inches deep, you'll scoot right over those sandbars. The boat gets wet 2-3 times a week if I can and its a workhorse, I'm very satisfied...jfo

C'Mon, lets see some pics! Dat sounds like the Zephyr I rode in last spring, company guarentees to run 55 mph in 12 inches. I just think I would like yours better. Catboats RULE!

Sandbars?!?.....When I first bought my rig,I used to fish Nutbush Creek(Kerr)alot and learned how to jump sandbars there! The only difference is that I had to file down the prop about once a week!!! Them shoal warning signs used to be very inconspicuous....it's amazing how quickly the sound of churning gravel will acclimate a young boater to his surroundings!!
That's gotta be a bad motorscooter!!!
