I Just noticed this board

I just wanted to get involved a bit here. I just quit the 25th of Aug. It was a 30yr. habit and It was a real challenge for the first month or so. If I can help anybody get thru the rough spots just give me a shout. I will do what I can to help.

I just joined this board today and I noticed this thread. I quit on August 1st with 0 relapses, not 1. I want a cigarette everyday, but I know if I have 1, even 1, it will wipe out all the work I have done so far. One cigarette will turn into 1 pack and I will be back at square 1. Can't let that happen. I feel too good to throw it all away and I want to live.
