Hang in there guys when I quit there were several people that quit when I did that didn't make it. I quit on the 18th of Aug 2005. I haven't killed anyone yet because of the not smoking. It has even got to where I don't even think about it anymore. I enjoy going to a resturant and when they ask smoking or non smoking I can tell them non smoking and feel good about it. I have confidence in all of you. You can make it if I can. I smoked for 40 years 3 packs a day.

Go here and see how much money you have saved so far. I saved enough that I bought a new Hummer with what I was spending for cigs.
