Hey folks, our attendance is dropping. What's going on?
Are ya'll giving in and spending $4 - $5 a day again? I know it's hard but....dam%$t, think about your family and future grandkids.

I have noticed people playing hookie as well. Folks, if you caved start over again. Start signing roll call and just call it day 1. We have all failed a time or two. Mitch, some days are bad...the longer you quit those days will spread out. It is strange how cravings will pop up weeks after a quit. Hopefully they don't last as long as the initial ones. One trick I have learned is to run my tongue across my gum and feel how smooth it is after being like leather the last decade.

I'm still here. I haven't been taking my Welbutrin or commit since Friday. After 2 days at work I need to take the Welbutrin so I'm back on it this morning. I don't like to use the comitt because it has nicotine. I use it for emergencies.
