I quit counting days lately. Still not smoking and thinking about it less every day now. I am somewhere around 40 days.

Boy how time goes buy. I have forgot about this quiting thing for some time. My little girl was born last week and she is all that is on my mind. Any way the good news is I am still dip free.

If you've quit for over two weeks you're pretty much there. Just remember you're one puff or dip away from being right back at it.
Will power is a very impowering thing. If you can beat tobacco, think what else you can change in your behavior.

I have had 2 different times over the years that I stopped smoking completely for 18 months or longer. Then I would encounter a really rough situation and have "a smoke" to help me get by. Within a week, I would be back to my usual habit. Yup Kenny, for me, there is no tapering down smokes, no reward smokes, no I got drunk and made a bad decision smokes.
