11 days without a dip. I discovered the ranch sunflower seeds this weekend. We may need to set up a seed cesation program now :)

1st day of week 2 !!! Love those butterscotch candies!!!! Messed up part is, I've gotten some kind of sore throat sickness going on now, I thought quitting smoking was supposed to make me healthier????

Day 44 with no copenstank. Most cravings have subsided as of two weeks ago, so it does get much better folks. Now all I crave is sunflower seeds which is o.k. with me. Eat candy, sunflower seeds, or whatever you want except dip or smoke. For the dippers, try "mint snuff" brand herbal at Randalls. It tastes the best out of all of them.

Day 4 1/2. Still clean. Sorry I'm late. I was not aware that quiting the dip meant I had to catch a stomach virus to prove that I am serious.

38 days and going strong. Just got back from a weekend at the deerlease. That place sure has a different perspective without pinch between your cheek and gum.
