For those of you that like to eat sunflower seeds you might try the Frito Lay brand. They are in long packs and are 2 for a buck at most corner stores.
They come in 4 flavors, reg, ranch, barbque, and a hot one. The reason I mention this is that I found that thay seem to be easier on the mouth than the Davids brand. Gater

you need to try the spitz brand. They will not tear your mouth up like frito lay or david.
