Hey Gang,
I'll be taking the 65 next week. Any advice or words of wisdom from any that currently hold it? I had no problem with the 6 or 63, but that was 7 years ago.

Thanks......Q

Which one is the 65? I hold a series 7 and a series 66, working on CFP currently. I can check around here (I work out of one of the big wealth management groups) and see if we have anything that might be useful to you.

Same as 66. I already have a 63 so I have to take the 65.
Your 66 covers both the 63 and 65.
I think I'm set. I've read the book, and taken all the practice tests. Just wondered if anyone had taken it recently. I've talked to a few friends that took it last year. Most of them failed it the first time.

I took the practice tests over and over and did fine on the 66. It is shorter than the series 7, but they tended to ask some random questions. Watch your time. If you get low on time, just read the answers as usually a couple of answers will be completely false/incorrect. You at least have a 50/50 chance if you can rule out a few questions.
