This is the problem, the little guys always get shafted, all the way into retirement.

whoa......i wish i could work somewhere for only 5 years and collect a 2.1 million annual retirement. but that kind of greed is exactly what unions are for......to try and help protect the average worker that constantly gets shafted by the greed of corporate america. there is a very apparent mind set in corporate america of i've got mine, screw the little guy. if anyone thinks that enron is an isolated example of how corporate america actually works, then they are in denial. one only has to take a look at congress for examples of the leadership of this country. all they have to do is 'not' vote against their annual pay raise, thus making it automatic every year. that way, they don't have to go on record for voting 'for' their pay raise.......the sneeky bastards.

Yeah, I am just sick of this whole market thing. Who is to say a guy running a multi-billion global corporation should be making that kinda money when there are morbidly obease women wearing pink polyester uniforms and hair nets serving tatter tots in the corp. lunchroom that make only $9.50 an hour.
In order to hire and retain qualified people, my backside.
We aught to just tax the heck out of any corp. that pays more that $50k a year for any executive. Plus, they should have the same exact pension as the lunch room lady. After all, thats fair. Plus, she had to wear that hair net all day long. "Lima beans or tots today, sir?" All that knealing and scraping should be worth extra.
All this chasing success with long hours, higher education, and sacrifice of personal interests and family. Thats just propaganda from the Man to force us to keep our noses to the wheel. These types of market abuses never happen in Cuba or China or other civilized nations.
I remember well my highschool guidence counselor, way back in 1980, telling me, and I quote - "Stop being such a freaking loser. Don't you know, until vesting, corporations can and legal do trim defined benefit plans in order to enhance stock prices."
I looked her straight in the eye, spit some cope on her carpet, and said - "Viva Che, Viva the Revolution." Then, I keyed her car on the way out to the bus. Some white women telling me the value of education. Not in this lifetime. No sir.

It was intended to be more of a parody of the vacuous ethos of the Sinclair/Steinbeck crowd and their dependance upon state sponsored violence.

Dry, never giggle type? Quite the opposite.
The real humor is sub rosa. On the one hand you have trolling/live baiting/noodling. On the other hand, you have (what I have now coined) the RU-486 post.
