Can somebody please repost the recipe for preparing and cooking a whole/stuffed flounder? Grill or oven. I don't remember how to cut to make the open pocket. Thanks.

Kay,
I had some great pics of that. If I can find them, I will send them over or post up. Billy is a butcher and gave me some great advice on how to do it also. You might try sending him a message. Basically, the way we did it resulted in a whole flounder with all of the bones and head removed. We were able to roll it for freezing and stuffed the "pocket" when we were ready to eat it. It was awesome!

There was also some directions on the DOA web site on how to debone the entire flounder that looked pretty cool.

Kay,
I have a great "whole" stuffed flounder Recipe but it is pretty lengthy and takes a lot of ingredients. If you are still in need let me know.

I leave the head on and stuff with favorite brand of Boudan (frozen). Salt & pepper to taste med to high heat on the grill (foil).
