This is something that I have been wanting to try out for some time. Last night I took a piece of broken blank and went to work. The colors are silver, metallic purple and yellow. Any LSU fans out there?

I cant wait to make my next rod with this as rod decoration!

It actually is very easy to do. The key really is the color combination. The colors that I used really dont show up to well on camera, but last night I tried a gloss white, a metallic blue and a flat gray and I must say, it looks even better.

If you can mix epoxy with model paint, you can marblize. It really is that easy. There is an excellent article on www.rodbuild.org in the Library section that walks you through it, step by step.

Good wraps,
John
