Boy charged with felony for carrying sugar

Sent a guy to prison for 5 years for selling me a piece of sheetrock for $20.00 and saying it was cocaine. "Simulated controlled substance". This was at a hamburger joint on the Seawall in '96.

It's a shame a 12 year old knows what a bag of cocaine should look like.
