Interesting article......reveals how gullable the media is.

Remember that kid, Farris Hassan, the 16-year-old from Florida, who went to Iraq a few weeks ago to allegedly find out for himself what conditions were like for Iraqis and to satisfy a requirement for this journalism class he was taking?

Remember also how his parents were all distraught not knowing where he was?

Remember how the media lionized him for being so brave?

Would it surprise you to learn that NO NETWORK JOURNALIST took the initiative to do a little research?

Further, would it surprise you to learn that his parents KNEW where he was because they helped him get his ticket?

Would it surprise you to learn that his school has no such journalism class?

Would it surprise you to learn that his parents sent a note to school saying he'd be gone during that period?

Would it surprise you to learn his father was arrested for forging 2,000 Iraqi passports and was probably attempting to forge 2,000 more?

Has it ever occurred to you that the student and his family can really be prospective terrorists in sheep's clothing?

Click in the link below and read all about it below because you won' hear it in the network news.

"Perhaps most importantly, research and investigation into Dr. Redha Hassan found that he was arrested by the FBI in 1985 for forging 2000 Iraqi passports and military I.D. cards and seeking to forge 2,000 more."

Why is this scum bag not in prison or deported?

From the media it's always the same.

Remember a few years ago the big issue was spending a couple of million to study pig manure. I mean c'mon really a pig manure. The US rep doing most of the complaining was griping because he needed funds to complete a study on the impact of HIV treatment in urban areas to "peoples of color". Press tore it up and called for a certain Senator's head who lead the charge for the pig manure study.

Truth comes out after the elections......... Pig manure study was due to a HUGE fish kill down river of a set of pig farms. The study did indeed find problems with the feed and waste byproducts. Changes were made and laws were enacted and thus we have no more fish kills on the Ohio river. Oh, the HIV study that the US rep griped for was an organization headed by his wife, 2nd in command was this dudes son, his daughter in law was the secretary and they combined for an annual salary of nearly 3 million a year for a 4 year commission of study. Their final report written to Congress was a 7 page document that was basically word for word of a report given 2 years earlier by the World Health Organization.

Don't you just love politics and the news media.
