Spadefish???

Im new to offshore fishign and was wondering if atlantic spadefish are any good eating?? Also how would you cook them?

Fry, grill, or blacken them. They are good. Take a bay outfit (15-20 pound) with you and cast out some squid if you see them. They will be a lot of fun on this tackle.
