Well, it was a should've been here yesterday and should've stayed until tomorrow kind of thing.

We saw no tarpon. The wind blew hard most of the day out of the Southwest which made things tough. Saw no tarpon on Friday. Scott Graham saw some fish on Saturday and some on Thursday... go figure!!! But, that's tarpon fishing!!!

I'd still recommend Scott to anybody who wants to go down there and give it a try. Go to his webpage - www.flyfishingtexas.com (http://www.flyfishingtexas.com) - he is having computer problems so be sure and call him on the phone.

I fish next to Scott Graham weekly, and he is one of the best tarpon guides I've ever known. Sorry you didn't get your fish, I was out there yesterday evening and only saw two fish, compared to the usual dozen or more. Like you said, that's tarpon fishing for you.
