just reply to one of these type of emails.

Dear US Bank Customer,

Note: Requests for information will be initiated by US Bank Business Development; this process cannot be externally requested through Customer Support.

Sincerely,
US Bank Accounts Department.

In less than one hour your bank account balance will be ZERO DOLLARS!!
If you do not have an account with this bank, the site may install a keystroke logger, then when you go to your actual bank and log in, they now have your information and once again, your bank account will be ZERO DOLLARS!!
They (emails of this type) are scams to STEAL your money.
If you think an email of this type is real, it is best if you go to your bank in person, do not use any contact information the email, phone call or even letter in the mail provides, it is always best to be face to face. It's your money, you have worked hard for it, and they are working hard to take it way.
I am not aware of ANY bank, credit card company or financial business that will EVER contact you in this manner. That should be the first clue as this is a scam. Please be carfull.
