I think the poor tomato was confused, thought he was a "pod" that grew humans, like in the horror movies ... and no matter how hard he struggled ... that's all he could come up with before he gave up.

cuz I had a little one that looked like that and I didn't fertilize with Viagra! Won't mention what I did with it, however. :D
