4 ounces of grated parmesian cheese
1 packet of dry italian dressing seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Mix dry ingrediants, dredge filets in mix, and put in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until it flakes. I put olive oil on a corning ware pan before putting fish into the pan. This adds flavor and prevents sticking. This works great for chciken too. It should work very good for any mild, tender fish such as flounder, snapper, trout, redfish, etc.

will vouch for how good this is with flounder. I usually add a few sliced onions on top and broil it for a few minutes at the end to get the cheese and onions browned.

Momma & the kids all went nuts for it! I'm making it atleast once a week now. I've tried it on chicken and pork cutlets with great results too!

This is a good recipe...only thing is, using the whole packet of italian dressing was a little much for my taste. Otherwise, made for an excellent, easy meal.
