Since my dive buddy is out of action for the next month I am looking to see if I can find anybody that needs a extra person to split gas. And maybe I can learn a thing or two along the way.

I have had the bug now I just have made my first dive in the gulf so it makes me feel a little more comfortable. Plus the seas are forecaust to be nice and I hate to miss the good weather.

the forecast now has 2-3 for Sat/Sun so I will just have to wait and see. Guess I should see if I can find someone to go during the week and I can just call in sick.

michael i am not sure if you are aware of this or not but. NOAA Lies and they have a serious Crack problem in their forecasting division. Mine is pulled from Buoy weather wich is a composite of all the forecasting agencies and has been dead on for as long as we have used it. where as Noaa is right once out of every ????? times.

I guess I will have to look at it also to see what I think will happen.

I agree with PT about the NOAA wave forecast - seems like they are always off by 2' (usually 4', when they call for 2')

NOAA is back down to less than 2'.
