Does anyone have a list of all the offroad tracks in the Houston area? I've seen several tracks mentioned in this and other forums, but usually not with enough info to find them. It would be great to have a complete list with phone numbers, hours of operation, and location/directions.

These are the ones I know of or have heard of:

M&M - been there
Fastrak - been there
K&M - need info
Area 51 - need info
Pearland? - need info
Brazoria/San Bernard? - need info
Victoria? - need info

Are there any others?

Thanks in advance.

Go North on Hwy. 59 and take the Community Dr. exit and stay on feeder. About 2 mi on your right, Big Metallic Blue building.

Area 51 is in Santa Fe. Hwy 6 to Santa Fe, then southwestish on Jackson St, then several other turns, past the "Deaf Child" sign, and you're there. Ph # is 713-249-0028, I think that's current. I have good directions at the house, I'll post them when I get home.

Pearland has closed unless a new one has reopened.

Is Victoria considered Houston area?

You've mentioned every track except for the fact that Pearland is closed like Tol said.

No, there's also the new track in NW Houston (on Kluge Road). I don't think they race there, it's on somebody's property and it's just for play. Here's the link:

Actually, one of my friends went by there to check it out and the guy who owns has decided to keep it closed to the public for now. Apparently some THRC folks paid him a visit and he did not like the visit too much. Some thing about they gave him a hard time about not wanting to race there and just having it as a fun track. Any way, he mentioned that his son will be reopening it at some point, but unknown on the time frame at this point.

On another note......not far from there is a little hobby shop called Hobby Land. I just got word that the owner owns the shopping center as well as the land behind the shopping center. They are in the midst of clearing the land behind the center and plan on building a nice track facility. No word on whether its off-road only or on-road with off-road or what. Just stay tuned.......
