Planning a spearfishing trip and looking for some input. Memorial Weekend the current was ripping on the surface. Anyone dove the Fogg recently or deep at Tequila?

We fished out of POC last weekend and my son and Justin (Carp) did some snorkeling at a rig in about 200' of water. There was absolutely no current. We later went inshore to a rig in about 130' of water and there was a moderate current. The better bluewater was about 25 - 30 miles offshore, but it's probably moved a little closer inshore. Go for it!

Was out Tues on a dive/fish trip and was just a fish trip cause the current was pretty strong and overall too bumpy.
