I'm selling this trailer as I will be upgrading to something bigger. It has 1 slide out(couch), electric and gas water heater, A/C works great, furnace, working fridge(gas & electric), stove, microwave, awning, 2 bunk beds in the back and 1 queen size bed up front, couch and booth/table turn to beds, sleeps 7-9 people.
