We have a couple of Lots in a Runway Subdivision in Southern Ft. Bend Co. near Brazos Bend State Park. The Runway is paved 3000' with 1000' grass on both ends. $25,000.00 each. If you fly this is a great place to build a hangar and stop paying for parking your plane.
