Floating cabin in Port O Conner

I have been trying to sell my cabin, have lots of people call but no bites, i will sell out half of ownership to one or two more partners for a total of 10,000.00. I do not use the cabin that much. For now i am still renting the cabin out if anyone is interested. $120.00 per nite w/ two nite min.
