Rest of property is wooded, we liked it natural so clearing is minimal. Lot is on top of a good sized hill and we've been told there are good views from a second story window or balcony. $600 water connection fee already paid. 24 hr security patrol (the Summit developer lives across the street). Lot can be used as campsite for two weeks per month. Restrictions are not so tough that a modest weekend house can't be built. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
