I've got a one acre lot in Satler TX for sale. The lot is located at the top of a hill in the Summit. The Summit is right at the north end of River Road. Lot is heavily wooded, we wanted it that way. Level area for house, sloping toward the back. Deed restrictions aren't too strict. 24 hour security. Can be used 2 weeks per month for RV or travel trailer. Lot backs up to a private ranch. Lots of deer in the area. Beuatiful view of the Guadalupe from the road leading to the lot. 10 minutes to Canyon Lake.
