I teach a construction technology class in high school. We are in the process of designing a cabin to build for competition. After the competition we will be selling the cabin to raise money for our club. As of now the cabin will have one full bath, a closet, vaulted ceilings, wood floors, it will be completely wired and plumbed just like a trailer home.
We are thinking about a rustic look inside with barn wood walls and rusty tin ceiling. We are also thinking about installing a small cooking area with a stove sink and some cabinets.
Like I said we are still in the design phase so changes can be made or we could design it to meet your specific needs.
Right now it is looking like we will sell it for 10 to 14,000 to cover material and make some profit. By next week we will have finished the material list and have a better estimate.
