1/2 acre lot mile from the ICW. Sits on a nice deep canal that hold some decent fish at night. It also sits on some high ground. 1,200 square feet of living upstairs and down.
Selling furnished and will include the rental website we developed. Last year we covered about 65% of our mortgage, taxes and insurance renting for just a few months with little work on our part. That equates to paying about $350/month to have a house in a great fishing area.
