Finally got some pics of the AP house and didn't know this thread had rolled off.
To recap: It is one block off of Business 35 at the north edge of AP. It is a 3/2 older home that we bought in '06. We are selling it furnished with three sets of bunkbeds with futons, 1 metal futon, and 2 wicker futons and tables in the living room. There is a queen size bed in the master. Central air/heat, gas hot water heater which I put in new back in March, refrigerator and stove. I refinished the hardwood floors, painted the outside and we are currently retexturing/painting the interior walls. We installed new ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. It's not fancy by any means, but we've enjoyed relaxing down there. You can sleep 17 if everyone is confident in their masculinity.
It's about 5 minutes to Conn Brown, 12 to Rockport and 15 to the PA ferry (if it ain't crowded). It is right next to the old Casa de Bassfreeks, now known as Fresh2Salt's Love Shack.
We are asking $84,000. Also, I'm a licensed Realtor in Texas. Not that it matters, but I have to disclose that by Texas law.
