Had some 21/25 size shrimp in the deep freeze so I thought I'd put 'em to good use on the grill tonight. Used the recipe that MrSailfish posted in a previous thread with a few minor changes. I definitely think that halfway cooking the bacon beforehand helps the end result. The bacon turned out nice and crispy. A few cold Coronas with lime and grilled shrimp really hit the spot tonight!:dance: :brew:
