They are two prime waterfront building lots in Rockport. Both concrete Bulkheaded one on with a nice 60' Dock on a really nice canal and street (107 Bufflehead) with underground utilities and very nice homes.
The other on 94 Belaire in Holiday Beach with a wetland lake behind the canal and Copany Bay across the street.

I have caught 52 lb Drum, 25" Speckled Trout and big Reds in the canal on the one on Belaire. Both lots have amazing sunsets over Copano bay!!!
